Are your products legal in all 50 states?

We sell Industrial Hemp and other botanicals. According to 7 U.S.C. §5940, the term “industrial hemp” means the plant Cannabis sativa L. and any part of such plant, whether growing or not, with a Delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (Delta-9 THC) concentration of not more than 0.3% on a dry weight basis as shown by the Certificate of Analysis available on our “Lab Result” page, this hemp flower has a Delta-9 THC level on a dry weight basis less than or equal to 0.3% maximum level and, therefore, this flower is hemp, not marijuana, and is perfectly legal to possess. This right applies in any state pursuant to the Full Faith and Credit Clause, Article VI, Section 1 of the Constitution, the Supremacy Clause, Article VI, Section 2 of the Constitution, and the Equal Protection Clause, Section 1 of the Fourteenth Amendment.

I am looking for a strain to treat (anxiety, stress, back pain, headaches, ADHD, etc.) what do you recommend?

What we do sell industrial hemp and other botanicals. What we don't sell is unlicensed pharmaceutical products. There are many reports of people finding relief for many different issues using hemp and CBD products, we do not make those claims. The FDA is very strict regarding this.

Our disclaimer as required by the FDA is as follows:

The statements made regarding these products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. The efficacy of these products has not been confirmed by FDA-approved research. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. All information presented here is not meant as a substitute for or alternative to information from healthcare practitioners. Please consult your healthcare professional about potential interactions or other possible complications before using any product.

We are optimistic that these amazing plants are going to be studied more and more in the future and hopefully the FDA changes their position about natural products, but in the meantime we respectfully have to decline answering questions like this. If you want to see what other customers have to say about our products, we have many reviews that you can see by scrolling down to the bottom of the page below the product descriptions.

I noticed that X is not in stock, when will it be back in stock?

We have many different products and from time to time an item or two will be out of stock. We obviously want all our items in stock as it provides us with more sales. We do not hold items off the site for fun, if they are not on the site, it is because at the present moment we don't have that item. There are many variables and some are outside of our control. As soon as we get the item that is sold out back in stock, we will make it available on the site. Sometimes it is a matter of days, sometimes it is a matter of weeks, and sometimes it won't be back in stock until the following season. We are working hard to keep as much inventory in stock as possible in order to provide it to you.

We kindly ask that you keep checking the site rather than e-mailing us, messaging us, or calling us as it slows down the flow of processing orders. We appreciate your understanding.

Do you ship discreetly?

We ship all our products in a common padded brown craft envelope for standard shipping, or a USPS priority mail flat rate white padded envelope. We mention nothing on the outside of the package regarding the contents inside the envelope. Inside the envelope our flowers are packaged in smell proof and heat sealed mylar bag. We put that bag inside a zip lock bag as well to double seal it. We also include a copy of the lab tests, and a disclaimer for law enforcement which explains our product is hemp not marijuana with the various laws regarding hemp all spelled out. We also include a packing slip which we verify prior to shipping to make sure you receive all items.

Simply put, your package should arrive to you without any issues. Should you run into any issues whatsoever, please contact us immediately and we will get it sorted out.

Can I get two 1/2 ounces for the price of one ounce?

I have a Youtube channel, blog, website, social media, etc. where I review hemp products. Can you please send me a free sample so that I can review it?

That is awesome that you have a platform to share the gospel of the good plant. We appreciate those who spread awareness of this magical plant. In our experience the best reviewers order from us and do not disclose they are a reviewer in order to have the same experience that their subscribers would have ordering from us. In order to do unbiased reviews, it is important to actually purchase the product so that there is no preconceived bias. We appreciate ALL HONEST FEEDBACK. Simply put, if you order just like everyone else, you will have the same experience as everyone else. We do not provide free flower as money is simply a form of energy. We believe in the power of balance, and if you receive without giving, it causes an energetic imbalance. Hemp is a plant that creates homeostasis (helps bring internal stability) so it goes against the nature of the plant for us to imbalance a balanced system.

It is important that the industry support the industry. If you would like we can support you as well if you join our affiliate program. If your platform brings customers to us, we will not only provide a discount to your customers, we will also share part of our earnings with you. This saves your audience money, earns you money or store credit (your choice) as well as brings new customers to us. This is a win/win/win for everyone.

Why is your hemp flower more expensive than other companies?

We sell only top shelf hemp. It takes considerably more resources to grow top shelf, than bottom and midgrade hemp.  We also only use organic nutrients and provide the TLC needed to grow the finest hemp in the industry. We do not use heavy equipment to harvest, we do it all by hand. In addition we air dry and hand trim. While other companies save on labor costs by using tractors, kiln drying, and machine trimming, the final product suffers tremendously.

It costs us more to grow top shelf hemp than it does to grow full THC cannabis. The seeds are more expensive and the labor cost is equal. When comparing us to companies that sell bottom and midgrade, it is important to note that our product is much more powerful. There are other companies selling top shelf hemp for double what we sell for, there are also companies selling lower quality hemp for half the price as us. Remember you get what you pay for. Based on our research, we provide the best value overall for our customers and often times when the prices are low, so is the quality. We strive for the lowest possible prices while factoring for the highest quality hemp. If we are able to come across a price savings, we always try to pass it on to our customers.

We strive to have at least two promotions a month to help save our customers money, and we always try to provide more hemp in the package than was ordered to show our appreciation.

If you suffer from a terminal illness, we are able to help you with a sliding scale price. Please contact us to see if you qualify.

Are Your CBD Hemp Flowers Synthetic?

No, Our CBD Hemp Flowers Are 100% Organic and grown here in the United States. We lab test for potency, pesticides, heavy metals, salmonella, mold and other fungus. Unless the product passes all these tests, we will not sell it. To put it simply, we sell the highest quality products with your needs in mind.

Do (CBD) and other natural hemp based constituents show up on a drug test?

Most drug screens and tests for the metabolites your body makes when consuming Delta 9 THC and do not detect the presence of cannabidiol (CBD) or other legal natural hemp based constituents. While our products are low in Delta 9 THC, they are not THC free. Studies have shown that consuming hemp with low THC can cause one to fail a drug test if enough is consumed. Since there are many variable such as how much one consumed, the amount of fluids consumed, the amount of time from the last use to the test, the levels of THC in the product, and the metabolism of the consumer, we cannot answer this question for each person as there are too many variables.

If you are getting tested we suggest you try a THC free CBD product such as Isolate. Unless otherwise noted, all our products contain trace amounts of THC.

THC

All STARSEED BOTANICALS PRODUCTS carry only what is considered a trace amount of delta 9 THC, (.03% or under). Please read the descriptions of each product and know what you're buying in reference to this information on this page. Buy and consume at your own risk. We do not recommend you use our products if you are getting drug tested.
