Ashwagandha & Tripahala Capsules

Ashwagandha is a single herb. Whereas Triphala is a combination of 3 herbs - Amalaki (Emblica officialism), Haritaki (Cherubic Alabamian) and Inhibit (Cleric myrobalan). Triphala is one of the oldest and most renowned herbal formulas in the Vedic tradition, and is popular for its unique nutritional content.

All the herbs of Triphala and Ashwagandha are astringent and warm in nature. All the above herbs are Rasayana or adaptogens. They help to normalize all the functions of the body. A combination of Ashwagandha with Triphala is the right combination, especially for a person suffering from debility and chronic constipation. There are no drug interactions or herb incompatibilities reported among any of these herbs.

Ashwagandha is one of the most highly regarded and commonly used supplements in Ayurvedic formulation. It helps the body's ability to sustain vital energy throughout the day, while promoting sound and restful sleep at night. It is considered one of the best herbs for calming vata. It maintains proper nourishment of the tissues, particularly muscle and bone, while supporting proper function of the adrenals.

This potent herb is used to promote muscle strength, and to support comfortable joint movement. It can be furthered used to maintain a healthy libido, and promotes vitality and strength to the body. As a rejuvenative, Ashwagandha is especially useful to seniors, and for anyone that would benefit from a nourishing, natural source of energy.

Suggested Use; 2 capsules per day, preferably after meals with warm water. If you wish to take more you should gradually increase your dosage.

Herbal Powder 1/3 - 2/3 grams up to 3 times a day or as directed by a herbalist.

We would advise starting with a small dose and listening to your body before increasing. Of course this product is not recommended during pregnancy or whilst breastfeeding.

If purging or breaking a fast – 45 minutes after taking them, drink 1 liter of slightly salted warm water. This will help flush out the intestines and help remove what the triphala has loosened from the intestinal walls. There should be many evacuations shortly after. If nothing happens, it means you are highly clogged up with toxins, and you may need to increase the dosage.
