Suggested Use;  1-2 capsules per day, preferably after meals. Herbal Powder 1/3 - 2/3 grams up to 3 times a day, or as directed by a herbalist. If you wish to take more you should gradually increase the dosage. We would advise starting with a small dose and listening to your body before increasing. Of course this product is not recommended during pregnancy or whilst breastfeeding.
