Suggested Use; 1-2 capsules per day, preferably after meals. Herbal Powder 1/3 - 2/3 grams up to 3 times a day, or as directed by a herbalist. If you wish to take more you should gradually increase the dosage.
We would advise starting with a small dose and listening to your body before increasing. Of course this product is not recommended during pregnancy or whilst breastfeeding.
Shatavari A species of asparagus that favors rocky soil. In Ayurveda, shatavari is known as THE herb for women’s reproductive health. It’s an adaptogenic herb with antioxidant properties that supports the reproductive organs, hormonal balance, fertility, and a consistent cycle. Shatavari is also touted as an immune booster, and all-around health tonic that promotes balance in the body.
Maca is an edible mountain plant that is part of the cruciferous family. Rich in vitamins and minerals, it’s considered both a superfood and an adaptogenic herb, meaning it helps the body regulate stress, which in turn can promote healthy hormone balance. In the Ayurvedic tradition, maca has long been known as a libido booster and fertility enhancer. Schisandra (Schisandra chinensis) is a plant native to northern China. The fruit is eaten as food and also used to make medicine.

The chemicals in schisandra improves liver function, and is believed to increase energy, which can improve endurance and coordination.
